Our Design Process

Client Brief

The most important start to any great design is ascertaining the client wish-list and budget.
Developing a design brief allows us to find out who is living in the home and what their needs are so we can design to their preferences.

Site Analysis

Looking into size, slope, setbacks and orientation of the block allows us to develop the best location for the home and aspect of the rooms. We also assess local council code and any estate covenant design guidelines to ensure compliance. This stage allows us to ensure smooth sailing with the design development and approval process.

Concept Drawings

From the steps above, we work with you to design a house to suit your client’s needs, budget and site constraints, all to your building specifications.
Our fast turnaround time allows you to quickly get back to your client, a crucial step to securing the job.
Concept Drawings are the ideal time to discuss the design and any changes required to the design.

Preliminary Drawings

Once you and your client are happy with the design, we move forward to provide you with additional details. With the added documentation, it is at this stage that you can get down to the nitty-gritty of finalising your quotes and costing.

Construction Drawings

With the construction drawings, you are ready to move onwards with the build.
