Covenant Submission
The covenant submission includes all documentation required for application to the land developer or their appointed agent. Items requiring external consultants such as acoustic reports, BERS assessment etc. are not included. Security deposits, bonds etc. are also not included.
External Colour Schedules
Colour Selections
The colour selection offers a comprehensive internal and external schedule of colours, fittings and finishes including paint and tile selection.
Driveway Gradient Section
The driveway gradient section a diagram to be included (where required) for building application to the local authority or their appointed agent.
Preliminary Siting
The preliminary siting offers a diagrammatical representation of the selected design on a specific block or allotment (from an SP or RP plan provided by you. Aspect to north and set backs to all boundaries are depicted. No allowance is made for land slope, contours or any other feature not depicted on the SP or RP plan.
